- americano – espresso and water ratio 1:2
- latte – espresso and milk ratio 1:2
- cappuccino – same as the latte but with milk foam
- macchiato – espresso and water ratio 2:1
- mocha – espresso, milk, chocolate syrup, and whipping cream ratio 2:1:2:1
Liquor
- beer – malt, hops, water, and yeast (short fermentation)
- stout – malt, hops, water, and yeast (long fermentation)
- red wine – red grapes
- white wine – green grapes or red grapes without skin
- champagne – sparkling wine produced in the Champagne region of France
- whiskey – grains + fermentation + wooden barrel
- vodka – grains + fermentation + activated charcoal
- brandy – grapes + fermentation + wooden barrel
- shaojiu – grains + fermentation
